No customer banking or delivery details are kept on file by Bespoke Leather.  

Warranty 

Bespoke Leather will fix any faults that appear on their products within one year of purchase.  This does not include any stains, or wear and tear caused by the customer.

Please note all purchases are final.

Due to the bespoke nature of the products sold on this website, Bespoke Leather are unable to offer a refund/return service.

Minor modifications may be carried out on your product if required. Please note any postage or freight costs must be covered by the customer.

Tax

GST is included on the cost of your purchase on checkout.

Bespoken Leather is not liable for any additional taxes which may be incurred when goods are imported to countries outside of Australia. Any additional expenses must be covered by the customer.

Delivery 

Any delivery times on this website are indicative only. While we will use reasonable endeavours to arrange delivery using the method indicated within the timeframe indicated, we will not be liable for any failure to meet any such delivery time. 

You will be deemed to accept delivery of any ordered products when it is delivered to the premises indicated in the order or to any alternative location reasonably determined by the delivery provider. 

Risk and title 

Until you have made full payment for all products ordered from us, we retain title in those products. 

Risk in those products will pass to you upon receipt of the products by the delivery service provider.
