About

I started leather work as a hobby in 2014 alongside my career in hospitality.

With an aim to create simple but luxurious leather menus, I started working on small projects with local winery cellar doors, then onto restaurants and hotels, utilising my 15 years experience working as a Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in some of Adelaide's finest dining rooms to create a product befitting of a premium business.

Each leather folder is made to order and hand crafted from the finest bull hide here at my workshop in Adelaide, South Australia.
